Fast Curing Hybrid Polymer for Structural Joints Sealant

 

Structural Joints sealant based on our Fast Curing Hybrid Polymer, polymerize rapidly by effect of the air humidity, creating an elastic and adhesive sealing.

Superior UV resistance; does not yellow, crack, craze or chalk.
Non-corrosive on unprotected metals (iron, copper, etc.)
Nil shrinkage.
Non-gassing; will not revert.
Paintable.

Usage

  • Can be used as a sealant, gapfiller and adhesive
  • Bonding of glass, plastics (excluding PE, PP, PTFE), marbles, ceramics, metals and painted metals, wood. Bonding of metal to glass in the furniture industry.
  • Bonding and repairing of flexible materials, rubber, leather, PVC, etc…

 

​Storage

 

Because this product is moisture sensitive, If unopened and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment, the shelf life is 12 months. Use it as soon as possible if opened, the remain products should be resealed and stored at 4℃-30℃ dry environment. But if shelf life expired, you can still use it only after your positive confirmation of production performance.
