Q:Can I get the sample before I place an order?

A: Of course. If you need samples, we can make it as per your request you only need to pay for the freight and the less cost for samples. 

Q: How long will it take to make the samples? And how about the mass production?

A:5-7working days for samples;

The lead time of mass production depend on the quantity and manufacturing processes. Usually, it takes 7-15 working days.

Q:Can I have my own customized boxes?

A:Yes. We are a custom shop. Our production is in accordance with the specific requirements of guests, including the options of material, size and so on.
